As a foreman, we were carrying over heavy material, which injured my neck and upper spine, causing herniated discs. Two weeks after my injury, I started filing for workers comp. Let me first start by saying that I’m not the type of person who normally take the time to sit down and write a review; like most folks I just complain and keep on pushing. However, in this particular case I felt I had to do something to express my deep and sincere gratitude to a young attorney and his staff out in San Antonio, Texas, Mr. George Pablo Escobedo. I’m retired navy and spent nearly ten years “AFTER” retiring working for a Defense Contractor(Great Company) in the Middle East. I was seriously injured in late 2011 while performing my duties. I didn’t have a clue with regards to the Defense Base Act ( The Legal Statute that cover folks working for defense contractors overseas) didn’t even know the statute existed.
