Attorney
Gustavy A. Niemtschik brings a unique perspective to personal injury litigation. He began his legal career representing Fortune 500 corporations in matters involving non-subscriber workplace injuries, personal injury litigation, and commercial disputes before dedicating his practice to representing injured individuals.
Having worked on both sides of the courtroom, Gustavy understands how insurance companies and corporate defendants evaluate cases, allowing him to anticipate defense strategies and advocate effectively for his clients.
His practice focuses on workplace injuries, warehouse accidents, oilfield injuries, trucking collisions, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He has represented clients in state and federal courts, arbitration proceedings, and trial courts across Texas.
Gustavy believes communication is one of the most important parts of legal representation. He ensures every client understands their case, knows their options, and can make informed decisions throughout the legal process.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Washburn University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. He is licensed to practice in Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern, Western, and Eastern Districts of Texas. Gustavy is also fluent in Spanish.
Outside the office, Gustavy enjoys restoring vehicles, regenerative farming, classical philosophy, and history. His practical, commonsense approach to litigation helps clients focus on achieving meaningful results rather than unnecessary conflict.
